Games in Hyvinkää, autumn 2026

Our autumn season is 12.8.2026 – 30.12.2026. We now have reservations at two different schools in Hyvinkää:

Wednesdays at Hakalantalo school 16.00 – 17.00
Saturdays & Sundays at Metsäkalteva school 19.00 – 20.00

To get to the Hakalantalo school, enter ”Niinipuunpolku” in your navigator. The address for the Metsäkalteva school is Rapakivenkuja 3.

Free parking lots are available at the schools.

To get in, you need a door code. The door codes are shared with registered players. Please be sure to know the door code, the school personnel are not allowed to let us in!

Nets are provided by the school, but do bring your own racket (and shuttles). Showers can be used.

New players welcome!

Feel free to invite frieds, family members, and colleagues who are interested in badminton. New players are welcome to try up to 3 sessions (payment according to option 2) before deciding whether to purchase a season pass or continue with the pay-per-visit option.

Payments

You can either purchase a season pass or pay per visit. The payment amounts are different for internals (KONE or Konecranes directly paying your salary) and externals (all others).

Option 1: Season pass

1×/week: Internal €23 | External €46
2×/week: Internal €46 | External €92
3×/week: Internal €69 | External €138

With the season pass, you are thus paying for a possibility to play one, two, or three times a week for a half-a-year season. August-December (autumn) and January-May (spring) are two separate seasons and must be paid for separately.

For the autumn season, the payment deadline is 15.9.2026.

Note that with a season pass, you are paying for a weekly possibility (option). If you miss to use your possibility to play within a week, you will not be compensated with an additional visit on another week.

But, you can switch your play date within a week if needed. For example, if you have signed up to play on Wednesdays but cannot make it on a particular Wednesday, you can instead come to play on the Saturday or Sunday of the same week.

Option 2: Pay-per-visit

Internal: €3/session
External: €6/session

Great for trying out or occasional play!

The payment must be made within three days after playing. Please include your name and the date you played in the payment message.

Switching from pay-per-visit to a season pass

No refund/deduction for previous individual sessions!

Example:

Played 3 times → €3 × 3 = €9
Then buys season pass (1×/week) → €23
Total = €32

WhatsApp groups

We have separate WhatsApp groups for Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday. The purpose of those groups is to communicate with other active players about your intention to join a session. Also, if we get any cancellations from the city, we inform about those in the groups. Joining the groups is not mandatory but it’s highly recommended to ensure that you’re getting the latest news.

If you’d like to join our WhatsApp groups, please send us your phone number and information about the requested date (Wed, Sat, Sun).
